About Shimmer

A brand new year-round offering is shining its way into our lineup! We’re excited to be able to share another coffee that you can always count on, no matter the season.

Shimmer will always feature a single washed Ethiopian coffee. (Yes, you read that right; we’re going to have an Ethiopian offering all year long!) 

The current iteration is Jigesa, named for the small village where the land owners live, in the Guji Zone of Ethiopia.

Shimmer has a balanced, medium-bodied with soft, approachable notes of fruit. It’s an Ethiopian coffee that we think will ‘shine’ with all kinds of coffee drinkers!

Brewing Recommendation

While we strive to roast our coffees to be enjoyable using any brewing method, try Shimmer on Drip or Kalita.

Drip - 1:16  [i.e. 40g coffee : 640g water]

Kalita - 1:16 [i.e. 25g coffee : 400g water]
