At Crema Coffee Roasters, we want you to love every brew; while we cannot accept returns on roasted coffee due to its perishable nature, we are happy to resolve issues with equipment or merchandise within 30 days.

Return Process

    Contact Support

    Email our customer care team with your order number and a brief description of the issue regarding your coffee or equipment.

    Verify Eligibility

    Our team will review your request to ensure merchandise is in its original packaging or to address quality concerns with coffee shipments.

  • 3.
    Ship Your Item

    For non-perishable goods, use the provided prepaid shipping label to return the item to our roasting facility.

  • 4.
    Receive Refund or Replacement

    Once received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a fresh replacement immediately.
